  • Our book is Calculus Early Transcendentals 3rd Edition by Briggs, Cochran, Gillett, and Schulz. ISBN: 978-0134765631. This text is required. Be sure to get the correct edition as well: the problems are not the same in other editions.

Summation notation.  The definition of the Riemann integral.  The fundamental theorem of calculus.  Definite vs indefinite integrals.  Some basic indefinite integrals.
Page 378-379 problems 29-59 are good review.  Do something like every third odd problem.
