faculty in the September 5 CAN, but the degree was omitted. The corrected CAN should read:
|1.||Program Change Proposal:
Biology: B.S. Biology Education
The New Program will delete MA 125 and MA 232 from the left side of the E.R.
(on the present E.R. students choose one of these two courses). The New
Program will add MA 165 (pre-calculus) to theleft side of the E.R.. MA 231
(calculus I) will remain on the left side of the E.R. to complete the MA block.

Psychology 355: Health Psychology
This course examines relationships that exist between our behavior, our
environment, and health and disease. Specific areas of review include the
psychology of physical activity, smoking cessation, weight-control,
stress-disease links with cancer and cardiovascular disease, and models of
health care seeking behaviors. The laboratory exercises will further explore
aspects of health and disease affected by social and behavioral conditions.
PY 101 Intro to Psych, MA 125 Basic Statistics, PY 250 Experimental Methods or PY 202 Survey Research Methods, or permission of the instructor.
4 undergraduate credits (3 lecture and 1 lab)
